Hi, I'm Michelle

I’m an intuitive eating dietitian and anti-diet wellness coach. But before I launched my intuitive eating course, I struggled with dieting too.

I remember logging everything I ate into MyFitnessPal. Scanning barcodes, uploading recipes, and measuring portion sizes.

I was always saying no to the foods I wanted to eat... only to binge on them later when no one was looking.

In the midst of all my dieting, I still didn't feel like my weight was doing what it was supposed to.

In my head, I had all these thoughts pushing me to my breaking point...

Something had to change.

I just couldn't keep relying on my phone to tell me how to eat. It was stealing the joy out of my life.

I quickly realized that the way I was fueling my body, with all it's intricacies, lacked the most fundamental piece of a successful balanced diet: the ability to adapt.

I get how you might be feeling right now.

Before I learned how to listen to my body, I was scared that if I stopped counting calories, I'd be letting myself go. 

I thought that every new diet thing I tried was "it". But it wasn't.

While every program, plan, and philosophy about how to eat seemed logical, I knew I needed something else...
