Hi, I'm Michelle
I’m an intuitive eating dietitian and anti-diet culture. Before I launched my intuitive eating course, I struggled with dieting too.
I remember logging everything I ate into MyFitnessPal. Scanning barcodes, uploading recipes, and measuring portion sizes.
In my head, I had all these thoughts pushing me to my breaking point...
"Why can't I just eat like a normal person?"
"I don't know what I'm doing wrong."

I had a huge wake up call when I read about eating disorders and realized I was dangerously close to having one, if not already there.
Something had to change.
I just couldn't keep relying on my phone to tell me how to eat. It was stealing the joy out of my life.
I quickly realized that the way I was fueling my body, with all it's intricacies, lacked the most fundamental piece of a successful balanced diet: the ability to adapt.
IT TURNS OUT THAT HAVING THE 'PERFECT DIET' ISN'T ABOUT PERFECTION AT ALL.
IT WAS ABOUT LETTING MY BODY LEAD THE WAY 💫
So I started paying attention to what my body was saying.
I studied what made it feel good and what didn't.
I let go of food rules that kept me from having foods I truly desired.
I honed in on what, when, and how much my body truly wanted... all without plugging a single thing into my phone. I experienced true food freedom from intuitive eating.

Before I learned the ins and outs of rewiring my thoughts, intuitive eating, and body acceptance, I was scared.
I thought that every new diet thing I tried was "it". But it wasn't. I felt silly for wanting to continue to spending money on trying new things.
