Before I started working with clients on binge eating coaching, I was in the same place you’re probably in now.
I remember going into the kitchen every 5 minutes taking just 1 more slice off of the cake, only to realize I'd eaten 1/2 of it. I felt so much guilt for my lack of self-control.
My weekdays would be marked with perfect restriction, only for the weekends to be a free-for-all... complete chaos, with an extra dose of shame on Sunday nights.
Every Monday, I'd 'start over', only to fall off the wagon before the week was over.
I kept saying the same things to myself that were making me miserable...

I couldn't keep doing all the same things and expecting different results. I had to humble myself and realize that clearly, I did not have everything under control. Food was controlling me.
I quickly realized that my lifestyle was lacking one of the most crucial elements in order to be truly healthy and flourishing: a simple, adaptable style of eating that I could rely on for the rest of my life and wasn't focused on what I weighed.

IT WAS ABOUT LEARNING WHAT MY BODY WAS REQUESTING 🤯
SO I STARTED INTUITIVE EATING.
I let go of my dream body to focus on what I had and how to be at peace with that.
I stopped hiding behind my insecurities and got crystal clear and confident about who I was, what I love, and what made me unique.
I got out of my own way, did the work to heal my relationship with food/body, and not only did my confidence grow but my quality of life skyrocketed.
I stopped listening to bad advice about calories, macros, and portion sizes, and I listened to my own d*mn body so that my diet could be simple and adaptable, all while nurturing my health & wellness desires.
